After years of seeing basement finishing become the most requested service at Total Home Remodeling, we realized the need to assemble a talented crew and providing them with the resources to design and create some of the most spectacular finished basements in the St. Louis area. We have over 26+ years experience in the construction and remodeling industry and started out building starter homes in 1985. we built homes into the 90s and while doing so received more and more requests to bring that level of quality to clients existing homes.

We love to walk through an unfinished lower level and hear what you dream of having completed, and then make suggestions to help your dream become reality. All we need to get started is the simplest idea of how you would like to use your new space. Pictures cut from magazines, a description of what the neighbors have done that you like is all we need to get the process started. We’ll take your ideas and turn them into a workable plan. After your initial review, there may still be a few revisions to get tweaked. Once you're happy with the design, we’ll set up a basic timeline and start the permit process with your Municipality and Fire Department if necessary. Now, construction can begin. Read more...
